Assessment methods and theories are crucial in HRD researches and practices. From my understanding, HRD assessment methods and theories are orderly, integrated set of statements that describes, explains, evaluates and predicts people’s behavior and interventions. They are important tools to provide organizing framework and sound basis for HRD interventions, practical actions, and researches. This section opens a door to a fundamental understanding of some HRD theories that I have used in my study.
